Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase from The Country Providore we are happy to exchange the product or issue a credit note (excluding courier costs) if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. We cannot refund, return or exchange any items that have been purchased at a discounted price or on sale.

However, if the product is faulty or damaged we will either replace the product immediately or if the product is unavailable we will either provide a full refund or credit note. Please contact us within 7 days of purchasing the product.

In any case we will fulfill our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
